Deutra is distributed through partner pharmacies. Refund and replacement is governed jointly by the partner pharmacy’s standard terms and the conditions below.
Damaged or defective product
Replacement or full refund within 48 hours of delivery if the bottle arrives damaged, broken or with a sealing issue. Email hello@deutra.in with photographs and your order/prescription reference.
Discontinuation by physician advice
If the patient’s physician advises discontinuation, unopened sealed bottles may be returned within 14 days for a refund less shipping. A physician note is required.
Open bottles
For safety reasons opened bottles cannot be returned.
